you meet the required personal specification, then you will be invited
to attend a personal interview, following the feedback from your
referees.
If you are successful following the interview,
we will then verify your references, offer you a registration position
subject to a
satisfactory enhanced CRB disclosure.

There
are several options available to assist with your training and
development. Options include e-learning, tutored courses and distance
learning, and we are able to advise you on the most cost effective
options available.
have an excellent aptitude for caring, and need to be able to:
Prepare appetising meals.
Complete light house-hold chores such as cleaning, laundry and ironing.
Accompany clients on outings.
Assist with shopping, bills and other correspondence.
Provide companionship.
Prompt medication.
Drive (if required).
Assist with washing and
dressing tasks through prompting,
supervision or by providing light assistance if required.
Care is provided in the clients own home for a variable amount of time
based on the live -in rotation requested by the client
Drivers licence preferable
