Choice Homecare is so easy to arrange live-in care for my mother. The manager is absolutely outstanding; compassionate, and as a qualified occupational therapist, able to assess my mum’s needs accurately. The carer are very good, and in some cases excellent, always patient, kind and supportive. I realize it is very difficult to find carers who will stay at a “job” for a long time. It would be perfect if we have one permanent carer “on” one permanent carer “off” but this day and age, it cannot be. So our provider is a wonderful organisation who will do their utmost best to find suitable carers me our mother. She is thriving, so we all are content with that.
